The Computer/mobile Neck

Did you know, that if you look down to your mobile phone (see picture below), you load your neck (spine) with more than  66 pounds (30 kilograms) - according to Dr. Kenneth K. Hansraj, chief of the chirurgy in New York Spine Surgery & Rehabilitaion Medicine centre.






We spend 2-4 hours daily on the phone in average (and teens spend on the phone much more time actually!)

So if you need to be on the phone in the first place, look up. Use your hand to raise phone higher in order to maintain neutral position of your neck. Once your hands become tired to hold the phone up, it's time to put phone down and do something else...
